According to CommVault, a leading data management provider, Big Data is causing major headaches in Information Technology (IT) Departments. In their annual IT Storage Spending Predictions Survey, CommVault identified problem areas for 2012, which include (1) managing data growth, (2) backup and recovery, (3) disaster recovery, (4) backup of virtual server environments and (5) email/file archiving.
