Added a new domain called WaWeatherScience.com

Last weekend I added a new domain to my server called WaWeatherScience.com. Content is being added almost nightly until I feel that it adequately addresses the topics. For the most part, this site will focus on the many varieties of weather sciences to include air monitoring, meteorology, space weather, weather forecasting (this is a big one), and include recent weather news items relevant to WA state. Go ahead and contribute or just take a look at http://waweatherscience.com.
