Parchment Hill Search Engine

15 September 2009 No Comment

After reviewing my logs, I noticed hits from http://parchmenthill.com/search.htm. Looking around on Google, ParchmentHill appears as a new search engine combing the web “to help find websites [they] people are trying to find, whether it is that of a local restaurant or a forum for owners of Toyotas.”  ParchmentHill is a search engine designed to locate businesses with few incoming links. This forum post appears to have an administrator of the engine presenting his/her ideas with the intention of calming server owners whenever this engine crawls their site.
